|Recommended: Yes611 Park Avenue Is A Very Good Place To Live. — I have lived at 611 Park Avenue for about 15 years. I have never had a problem that management and staff did not fix in a timely manner. In addition, the rent is reasonable and the neighborhood is safe.

|Recommended: YesStaff Is Amazing — Brittany and Sattie are excellent. They go above and beyond to help you find your way and get settled. They make themselves available when in need and Jay the maintenance man will not let you down. I am happy to call this place home.

|Recommended: YesAffordable With An Ideal Location — The apartments are affordable and are in a great location. Some apartments have incredible views. The amenities are a plus especially the pool . The people in the leasing office are very nice and helpful. The only major drawback is how the management company WPM treats the tenants like income instead of people. My only recommendation is to make some renovations to the hallways carpets, paint . I feel like this would increase the rent tenants would be willing to pay because it's the only part of the building that isn't good looking.

I have felt especially grateful for the front office staff, especially Yasmin, Tamika, and Asia, all of whom have been so friendly and helpful. Also, the maintenance staff have always been very responsive and kind. I will remember my time at 611 Park fondly.

|Recommended: YesProperty Is Great — I would like to say I think the maintenance team is great When I moved in they went above and beyond to help me and have been very helpful and friendly since moving in. Also, Asia is wonderful, she is always friendly and greets me with a smile and hello.

|Recommended: YesGood Price For The Area — 611 Park Ave is a great choice if you're on a budget and looking for a place to live. They're located in a great area Mt. Vernon which has pretty easy access to the Johns Hopkins East Baltimore Hospital through the shuttle JHH offers or by car 10 min drive . Amenities include a small fitness room, a rooftop pool, washer dryer on even floors, and a parking garage for an extra monthly fee. Management and staff are nice and friendly, but sometimes may need small reminders and follow-up if something needs to be done. Overall, good place for not too steep of a price.

|Recommended: NoMaintenance Reaction Is Slow And Package Management Is Messy — Mostly positive. However, when I asked about extermination service's time, nobody knew the answer, which made me feel the staff was just messing up with me.
One of my package was lost. I dealt with it for two weeks and always got response from front desk like sorry, I will help or send me an email of the tracking information , but then nothing happened.
