The staff is friendly, maintenance is very fast and the building is friendly. We never hear our neighbors through the walls.

Love the emails the front desk sends about upcoming events nearby. Getting the temperature of running water you want when taking a shower is hit and miss at times, but I imagine that is not a fixable thing, just the way the building is set up.

The building is right around the corner from the Walter's Museum, right in the heart of Mt Vernon. Studios are great for one or two people and the view of the city is extraordinary Love my studio

They listen to your concerns and promptly address all concerns. The building is always very clean and the apartment was in a great condition when I moved. Every person that I have encountered in the office has been very professional, extremely nice and very helpful. The maintenance team is very nice and very professional too. submitted by Ashley W. - |Recommended: YesMaintenance Staff Is Top-Notch — Aside from my 10th floor AMAZING view of the city and sunset every night, I think the best thing about 611 is the maintenance staff. I've lived in many apartment complexes where maintenance issues were the reasons I've moved. Not here 99 of the time they have handled my issues same day. They have gone above and beyond to address any concerns. Keith, the maintenance manager, is AMAZING and knowledgeable and has spent way more time than he was required explaining to me exactly what the issues were. 10 10 would recommend. The pool gym are an added perk but it's just so nice to live in a place where your time and space is respected as much as 611 does. Also, Brittany is incredibly professional and nice and is one of the reasons I have renewed my lease twice now.

submitted by Minzi C. - |Recommended: YesGreat Place — I just move in for a month, although sometimes I can hear some music background from my next-door neighbor especially when I am close to my kitchen, overall I am satisfied with where I am. This apartment is at a very strategic location, it is close to the JHU shuttle stops. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The leasing office and maintenance staffs are all very friendly and professional. They always resolve your matter as soon as possible. This is also quite a nice neighborhood.

The apartment is spacious enough to accommodate two closets one is walk-in . I also get sunlight in my rooms. Friendly people at desk and work order happens quickly. Happy to live here.

I'm not picky about much, but I really really hate to stand in my own bath water and I'd been tolerating the problem for some time. Shortly after I submitted the work order, Deron came and put a lot of time into working on the problem. When I told him how important it was to me, he had some other ideas to try. After his WIZARDRY the bathtub drains quickly, 100 of the time This may seem like a small thing, but Deron listened and cared, and as a result, took care of everything I needed.
