|Recommended: Yes611 Park Avenue — I love my new apartment at 611 Park Avenue. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Brittany who works at the Front Desk addresses issues right away and I had two small concerns on different days and maintenance came within a hour or so the same day. I want to say that Deon in maintenance is wonderful. I’m loving it here and everything in the building is well kept. The last thing that I love is there is a gym and a rooftop pool.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Place To Call Home — I love living here, there are amazing views of the city. There’s a gym on the first floor with treadmills, ellipticals, weights, etc. There are multiple laundry rooms with a trash chute, a lobby where I relax and wait for my Uber, and a rooftop pool. There is so much I love about living here I could go on and on, but what really sets this place apart is the staff, if I need something fixed it’s a quick and easy process, and Brittany who is at the front desk knows you by name and they sometimes they pass out snacks and other nice things like waterproof bags which is a nice treat. I think if you move here you’ll be glad you did

|Recommended: YesFew Months Here — After a few months here we love this home. We don't have a care so can't speak to parking. There is local parking in the garage. The staff is friendly, maintenance is very fast and the building is friendly. We never hear our neighbors through the walls.

|Recommended: YesBest Home Ever — Since I've been here I feel right at home. It has been an honor living here, any issues I had experience was alway resolved in timely manger. The amenities are so amazing and the parking garage is such a bonus. I have no plans on leaving

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — A friendly community with gorgeous views of the city. Love living here so far. Love the emails the front desk sends about upcoming events nearby. Getting the temperature of running water you want when taking a shower is hit and miss at times, but I imagine that is not a fixable thing, just the way the building is set up.

|Recommended: YesLove, Love, Love — The staff and residents at 611 are amazing and so nice. The building is right around the corner from the Walter's Museum, right in the heart of Mt Vernon. Studios are great for one or two people and the view of the city is extraordinary Love my studio

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I reside at 611 Park Ave and management is amazing. The property is located in a convenient area and everyone is very friendly. They listen to your concerns and promptly address all concerns. The building is always very clean and the apartment was in a great condition when I moved. Every person that I have encountered in the office has been very professional, extremely nice and very helpful. The maintenance team is very nice and very professional too. |Recommended: YesMaintenance Staff Is Top-Notch — Aside from my 10th floor AMAZING view of the city and sunset every night, I think the best thing about 611 is the maintenance staff. I've lived in many apartment complexes where maintenance issues were the reasons I've moved. Not here 99 of the time they have handled my issues same day. They have gone above and beyond to address any concerns. Keith, the maintenance manager, is AMAZING and knowledgeable and has spent way more time than he was required explaining to me exactly what the issues were. 10 10 would recommend. The pool gym are an added perk but it's just so nice to live in a place where your time and space is respected as much as 611 does. Also, Brittany is incredibly professional and nice and is one of the reasons I have renewed my lease twice now.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — I just move in for a month, although sometimes I can hear some music background from my next-door neighbor especially when I am close to my kitchen, overall I am satisfied with where I am.
This apartment is at a very strategic location, it is close to the JHU shuttle stops.
There are many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.
The leasing office and maintenance staffs are all very friendly and professional. They always resolve your matter as soon as possible.
This is also quite a nice neighborhood.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location And Great Room Sizes — I live in a one bedroom apartment and I am very impressed with the size of the kitchen and living room. The apartment is spacious enough to accommodate two closets one is walk-in . I also get sunlight in my rooms. Friendly people at desk and work order happens quickly. Happy to live here.
