Best value for location and anemeties.submitted by Gustavo M. - |Recommended: YesPlease use the bulletin in the mail room to make more important announcements, news, updates, etc. For example the update that the pool is open and you have to get your pool pass at the front desk. A lot of people do not read the emails, or the updates on the portal. Some buildings have added the updates inside the elevators (they put in a picture frame). thanks!
Great Area, Nice Space, Inexpensivesubmitted by Alex - |Recommended: YesMount Vernon is a nice area to live in Baltimore. Safe, near historical district, shops on Charles St., downtown, harbor, and stadiums, with easy access to 95/295, Rt. 40, and a light rail station nearby. There is usually parking available, although, when roads are closed off for construction, events, etc. parking can get slim. There are two close-by, overnight parking lots that are cheap (~$7 for 24 hours, $125 for the month), but you can get a residential parking permit for $20 and park in a ton of spaces (Mt. Vernon is area #28, which is large). If you park in a metered spot, read the hours!!!! Some thuds/movement are audible from floors above and below, and doors banging in hallway, but walls keep most noise out, and apartment is usually quiet. Grounds, gym, and general area well-kept. Gym is very small workout area, but is clean and has new machines. Staff is friendly. Area is not bad for Baltimore, and one block away from Washington Monument, Walters Art, and Peabody. Maryland Historical Society is right next door. Make sure your apartment is ready upon move-in because some of the rooms are flipped quickly and details can be forgotten about. Laundry is relatively expensive, around $2 per cycle, so $4 for a load to wash and dry. No recycling in the building, laundry on every other floor. Can't beat the price. Studio for ~$850 is on the low side for a safe neighborhood with that much access. Cheaper than Canton/Fells, and downtown. Would definitely recommend if looking for an area within walking distance of downtown, accessible to highways, and not crime-ridden!

I love 611 Park Avenuesubmitted by Yenny W. - |Recommended: YesIt is a charming place to live at. The spaces are ample, the staff is really nice. There is some noise from outside the building, but there is good soundproof between apartments. We have a pool on the roof, and pets are welcomed. The building is good, it is not brand new but isn't old. The appliances work well, and the rent is good.
